Stay warm by keeping your HVAC system in check, maintaining an indoor air temperature range of 64-70°F, keeping air vents unblocked, and enhancing home insulation. You should also keep the windows shut at night, wear gloves, a scarf and a hat when you’re out in the cold, and generally opt for warmer clothes.
